Terms & Privacy
Last updated: 12 July 2026
This is a free community website. There are no accounts and no database. The interactive tools run entirely in your browser, and this site does not store your personal data. Use everything at your own judgment.
1. About this website
pnakhat.com is the personal, community website of Pankaj Nakhat. It exists to share knowledge about quality engineering — guides, tools, assessments, and writing — free of charge. Content reflects personal experience and opinion. It is not professional, legal, financial, or career advice, and it does not represent any employer, past or present.
2. No accounts, no database, no stored personal data
This website is a static site. It operates no user accounts and no database, and it does not itself store personal data.
- Interactive tools and assessments (for example the learning guides and self-assessments) run entirely in your browser. Your answers are processed on your device and are discarded when you leave the page.
- "Email my results" features open your own email application with content pre-filled. The message is composed in your browser and sent by you, from your own email account. Nothing is transmitted to or retained by this site.
3. Optional forms
A few pages offer optional forms — for example to receive a downloadable resource or generate a personalised report. Anything you submit there is relayed transiently by third-party service providers (such as form-to-email delivery, or an AI service that generates your report) solely to fulfil your request. This site keeps no copy in any database. Submit only information you are comfortable sharing; you can always use the site without filling in any form.
4. Analytics
The site uses standard aggregate analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand which content is useful — page views, approximate region, device type. This data is processed by Google under its own terms. No analytics data is sold, and you can block analytics entirely with common browser settings or extensions without affecting the site.
5. Personal data and applicable law
This website is operated from the United Arab Emirates. To the extent that data-protection laws apply — including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and comparable international standards — this site follows the principle of data minimisation: it collects nothing beyond what you actively choose to submit, and it stores nothing.
You are responsible for any personal data you voluntarily choose to submit through optional forms, email, or third-party platforms linked from this site. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of this website accepts no responsibility or liability for personal data that you transmit voluntarily, that is processed by third-party providers, or that you share on external websites and services reachable from here.
6. External links and courses
Guides on this site link to external resources — courses, tools, documentation — operated by third parties. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which you should review. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement; availability and pricing of external courses can change at any time.
7. No warranties, limitation of liability
All content and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Assessment results are indicative self-evaluations, not certifications. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site is © Pankaj Nakhat. You are welcome to share and reference it with attribution and a link back. Downloadable resources are for personal and internal team use, not for resale.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE. Questions about these terms or about personal data can be raised through the contact options on the About page.
